As CEO of CIEN+ and CulturIntel, Lili dominates the market in data and marketing research. As an immigrant from Colombia without speaking English, she embodies the American dream. Some of Lili’s clients include Google, Kellogg’s, Kroger, Merck, Nestlé, and PepsiCo, among other Fortune 100’s. Lili is a regular independent TV commentator seen on Fox News, Fox Business, and CNN en Español. 

Lili is among the 2.6 % of Latinos serving on Fortune 500+ public boards. She also serves on the boards of AUA Private Equity Partners, The National YMCA USA, Harvard Women’s Leadership Board, and Chairwoman of the FRIENDS of the National American Latino Museum.
